Now it’s time to clean the stone plates covering the stone wall around the old wine press. They need also some leveling out and to get back in place with lime mortar.
The heavier one ar up to 90 kg. It needs some attention…

Rebuilding the wall
After removing the old roof some parts of the walls need rebuilding.
We use natural lime (cl90) and sand containing some clay as a mortar. No cement at all.
